Solutions Sand Control

The proPACK™ sand control device (SCD) is a slip on modular gravel pack system, with two outer screens, positioned over top of a perforated or slotted base pipe. The screen apertures and open areas are sized to ensure pack integrity, sand retention, and permeability requirements.

proPACK offers a variety of profiles, materials, and base pipe perforation and slotting patterns to ensure sand control performance meets the application. proPACK is manufactured in an API Q1™ and ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.
