Bill Nurcombe — Founder

Bill founded Variperm in 1969 after recognizing a valuable opportunity: the lack of available manufactured oil and gas sand control filter products in the Canadian market. He purchased Variperm and through his vision and leadership, cultivated and expanded the company to include 5 field locations, an extensive 65,000 sqft custom design and manufacturing facility and main sales office in the heart of Canadian oil country. In September of 2001, Bill Nurcombe retired from Variperm after a long legacy of success, but remains a respected and valued member of the Board of Directors.
